- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 6-8 Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and diced
- Drizzle of garlic oil
- Ground white pepper
- Grated cheese

- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the onion, carrot and celery over a medium heat until softened and lightly golden.

Sprinkle with the cheese and heat under the grill until bubbling and browned.
