- Mix all filling ingredients together in a medium size bowl
- Chop the chives
- Cut each lasagna noodle sheet in half. Trim the excess
- In a pot of simmering salted water blanch the lasagna noodles for 2 min and allow to cool of parchment paper

- Bechamel Sauce: in a medium size sauce pot toast the flour and butter together careful not to brown the roux
- Bechamel Sauce: Add cold milk to the pot 1 cup at a time to ensure a smoother sauce
- Bechamel Sauce: When the milk and the cream are fully incorporated add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 min. Allow to cool before use
- In a medium sized non stick baking dish put a small amount of the sauce at the bottom to prevent the canniloni from burning
- Pour the rest of the sauce over top each of the canniloni's
- Mix the cheeses togeher and sprinkle over top
- Back for 45 min
