  5. When complete, return to heat and stir continuously until the sauce comes to a boil and thickens. Turn the heat down and cook for 3/4 minutes, continuing to stir. Season to taste.
  6. Pour evenly over the lasagne and add top off with the grated Parmesan. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve piping hot with a salad or other accompaniments of your choice.
